Shipping & Handling
How long does shipping take?
As a small shop, we ask for about a 5 days for processing and handling. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. We will work as hard as we can to get you your items as quickly as possible!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, our shipping is only for the US and Canada- we are hoping for future opportunities internationally!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items for store credit only. Sale items are final sale. The Lost Girls do hold the right to reject a return if proof of wear and item(s) will be returned to purchaser.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at orders@shopthelostgirls.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll get you sorted.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. With that, we cannot promise the option of changing or cancelling.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships!
