How long does shipping take?
As a small shop, we ask for about 5 days for processing and handling. Some times may be extended. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. We will work as hard as we can to get you your items as quickly as possible!

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, our shipping is only for the US and Canada — we are hoping for future opportunities internationally!

How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it!

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please reach out to us at orders@shopthelostgirls.com and we'll do our best to help investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items for store credit only. Customer is responsible for shipping or has the option of using label from seller & discounting the price from store credit amount. Sale items are final sale. The Lost Girls reserve the right to reject a return if proof of wear is evident — items will be returned to the purchaser in that case.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we only offer returns for store credit.

What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry if that happened! Please email us at orders@shopthelostgirls.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.

How do I start a return?
Email us at orders@shopthelostgirls.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll get you sorted.
